The East Texas Food Bank (ETFB) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting hunger in East Texas. Established in 1986, ETFB has grown into a regional leader in providing food assistance to families and individuals in need. With its headquarters in Tyler, Texas, ETFB serves 26 counties in East Texas, including Smith, Gregg, Rusk, and Cherokee.

ETFB's mission is to "Nourish and empower East Texans facing hunger." To achieve this mission, ETFB operates a network of 250 partner agencies, including food pantries, soup kitchens, and homeless shelters. These agencies distribute food directly to families and individuals in need.
